About Integrative Nutrition

Integrative Nutrition is a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of Virginia. I believe healing starts with understanding and a deep respect for each family's unique story.

I specialize in functional nutrition therapy for children and adults affected by complex, chronic conditions, especially PANS/PANDAS, Lyme and co-infections, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Long COVID. But beyond the science, my work is rooted in compassion.

Chronic symptoms can be exhausting, particularly when conventional care offers limited explanations. My approach prioritizes careful history-taking, deeper clinical and laboratory assessment, and the integration of nutrition science within a whole-body framework.

Functional nutrition helps us get to the root of inflammation, immune imbalances, and gut-brain dysfunction, offering support that is gentle, effective, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Whether you’re just beginning this journey or have been searching for answers for years, you’ve found a place that understands. A place where hope grows, slowly and steadily, alongside healing.

I’m here when you’re ready.

Meet Ellie Whitenack, M.S.

My interest in functional medicine grew from my own experience with Lyme Disease and from supporting my children’s recovery from tickborne illnesses and Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS). These personal challenges drove me to deepen my understanding of how profoundly nutrition influences immune, neurological, and metabolic health, and has inspired me to help others restore balance at the root-cause level. Through my family’s experience, I have witnessed firsthand that healing from complex illness is possible, and that with the right support, the body has an extraordinary capacity to recover and thrive.
